To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost. This deposit ensures that your booking is secured and reserved for your chosen dates. The remaining balance will be due closer to the start date of your tour. Indeed, for specific instances like special train excursions or bookings during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year, full payment upfront is mandatory. The determination of the advance payment is at the discretion of the company, contingent upon the type of services and the timeframe preceding the commencement of the services.

In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be provided at least one month before the scheduled arrival date. The company implements the following cancellation charges:

• 10% of the total amount for cancellations made 30 days prior.
• 25% of the total amount for cancellations made 15 days prior.
• 50% of the total amount for cancellations made 7 days prior.
• 100% of the total amount in the case of a no-show.

In situations such as illness, unforeseen events, or personal reasons that prevent the payment of the remaining balance, the company must enforce cancellation charges according to the previously outlined policy.
